1. Course Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses, we offer refunds under specific conditions:
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available if:
- The course has not been accessed beyond 20% of its content.
- The request for a refund is made within 7 days of purchase.
- Ineligible Refunds: Refunds will not be issued if:
- The course has been extensively accessed or completed.
- The request is made after the refund eligibility period has passed.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your course subscription:

- After the refund period, subscriptions can only be canceled to stop future payments (no retroactive refunds).

- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will lose access to the course content upon refund issuance.
